Got MakerBotz?  Elementary Students meet monthly Accelerated Reader Goals to earn MakerBotz Passes.  The students then use the MakerBotz passes to open up new MakerSpace Realms each month.  ECS Media Center's MakerSpace consists of seven different STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) labs (realms) that promote student creativity.  The Video above was created for the 2016 Follett Challenge.

The purpose of the Student Library Committee is to promote a commitment to literacy, community, character, and leadership among elementary and middle school students, to recognize reading achievement, and to encourage and assist students in developing their reading education outside of school. The ECS Student Library Committee is a student-centered organization that upholds the principles set forth by professional mentors, teachers and administrators alike, in hopes to accurately voice the student body’s opinion regarding school library media.

Dear High School Students,

We are now bringing the books to you digitally!

 

Step 1:  Email Mrs. Hamm (analiese.hamm@echols.k12.ga.us) to request activation.  

                All you need to write is "Hey Mrs. Hamm, I want ebooks! Send me a sign in please"

             (You can even copy and paste that!)
